    TASTING NOTE The nose exhibits light yeasty characters with peach and citrus aromas. An elegant palate showing a blend of peach/citrus chardonnay components followed by the light berry fruits of the pinot noir. The mouth filling mousse completes the palate that is full and persistent. Chardonnay 58% Pinot Noir 38% Pinot Meunier 9%

    White Wine: Rapaura Springs Chardonnay
    TASTING NOTE Barrel fermentation and careful fruit selection has created a wine that is complex, elegant and powerful. Gisborne’s vibrant regional characteristics are truly well expressed on this wine.
    Red Wine: Cranswick Lake Fields Shiraz Cabernet
    TASTING NOTE The nose shows strawberry and dark currant fruits. A flavour some palate with jammy fruit and chocolate, merging into lingering French and American oak flavours.
